Abstract: The invention discloses a preparation method of precipitated silica reinforced silicon rubber. The preparation method is characterized in that the silicon rubber is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of raw rubber of methyl vinyl silicone rubber, 40 to 50 parts of precipitated silica reinforced white carbon black, 3 to 3.6 parts of structurized controlling agents, 0.3 to 0.8 part of hydrogen-containing silicone oil and 0.2 to 0.4 part of mold releasing agents. According to the preparation method, firstly, the weighed raw materials of 100 parts of raw rubberof raw rubber of methyl vinyl silicone rubber, 0.2 to 0.4 part of mold releasing agents and 0.3 to 0.8 part of hydrogen-containing silicone oil are fed into an internal mixer; then, 40 to 50 parts ofwhite carbon black are added into the internal mixer in three to five times; 3 to 3.6 parts of hydroxyl silicone oil are added; then, mixing and kneading are performed; the temperature is controlledto be 50 to 80 DEG C; after the internal mixing conglobation and still standing, the temperature is raised; vacuum pumping is performed; finally, the silicon rubber materials subjected to the vacuum pumping are subjected to remilling on a milling machine; after the rubber materials are smooth, filtering and packaging are performed to obtain a product. The preparation method has the advantages thatthe production process is simple; the tearing intensity is high; the effect is good, and the like.
