Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of a sisal fiber porous material capable of improving high, medium and low frequency sound absorption performance. The preparation method is characterized by comprising steps as follows: natural sisal fibers are selected and treated with sodium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide, so that surfaces of the fibers are swollen and loose, sub-fibers in dozens of or hundreds of micron size are produced, the fibers are bonded with a polyurethane adhesive, and a sound absorption fiber composite material is prepared. The sound absorption material adopts a simple preparation method, is environment-friendly, low in cost and wide in source, and has outstanding medium and low frequency sound absorption performance.
