PURPOSE:To obtain an 80 kg/mm high tensile steel plate with excellnt weldability at a low preheating temp. by limiting C to a very low level; increasing the amt. of Cu to be added; and adding a proper amt. rolling, quenching, and tempering.

PURPOSE: To stabilize a characteristic of a capacitor by a method wherein, in a layer part not contributing to formation of a capacitance, a metallized film is used as a film which does not contribute to the capacitance in order to increase a mechanical connection strength between an end part of the layer part and a flame-sprayed metal electrode. CONSTITUTION: Layer parts 6, 7 not contributing to formation of a capacitance are constituted while they are laminated and united on both sides in a laminate direction of a layer part 1 contributing to formation of the capacitance in such a way that, in a metallized film 11 where a metal film 9 is evaporated and formed as one face of a dielectric film 8 and, in addition, a margin 10 is formed for dielectric isolation between electrodes, the margin is situated substantially in an identical position in the laminate direction. Accordingly, the metal film 9 on the dielectric film 8 does not contribute to formation of the capacitance. When the metallized film 11 is used as a reinforcement film, a mechanical connection strength between end parts of both layer parts of a laminate and flame-sprayed metal electrodes is increased; a characteristic of a capacitor can be stabilized. PURPOSE:To produce high tensile steel of small anisotropy and good weldability by subjecting a steel slab of the specific compsn. contg. a specific amt. of N to heating, rolling, hardening and tempering under specific temp. conditions. CONSTITUTION:A steek slab contg., by weight %, 0.03-0.20% C, 0.03-0.75% Si, 0.50-1.80% Mn, 0.01-0.10% V, =2 kinds of 0.05-0.50% Cu, 0.15-2.50% Ni, 0.10-2.50% Cr, 0.03- 1.50% Mo, 0.00015-0.0025% B, and consisting of the balance Fe and impurities is heated to 1,000-1,230 deg.C. Thence, it is rolled at finish temp. above 850 deg.C, and immediately after this, it is hardened from the temp. above the Ar3 transformation point. Following to this, it is tempered to the temp. above the Ac1 transformation point.
