The present invention relates to a purification equipment of fine chemical product, in particular it is applicable to purification and separation of organic solvent containing amino-groups Said equipment includes the components of vacuum distillation still, transfer pump, air pump, pipeline and control valve, in which the vacuum distillation still is a closed structure, the pipeline of air pump is come into from the bottom portion of vacuum distillation still and is connected with gas nozzle, the pipeline of transfer pump is come into from the upper portion of vacuum distillation still and is connected with liquid nozzle, the upper portion of vacuum distillation still also is equipped with an outlet pipeline of gas produced after reaction, said outlet pipeline is connected with vacuum pump, on the pipeline of air pump also are set a gas drying tank and a gas heater, and on the outlet pipeline also set a heat exchanger
