Abstract: The pump has a pump element arranged radially with respect to a drive shaft (3) that is supported in a pump housing (1), where the element is actuated by the shaft and a fuel inlet (21). A distributor element (17) is arranged on the housing and a low pressure channel (24) is provided in the distributor element. The channel hydraulically connects the pump element with the inlet. A return flow connecting piece (47), return channel (45), suction control valve (23), internal gear pump, and/or single- or two-stage overflow valve are integrated in the distributor element.
