CONSTITUTION:The time difference between synchronizing signals Vsyns 1 and 2 is detected by an input/output synchronizing signal time difference detection means 26, and a time difference judgement signal corresponding to the presence or absence of passing is outputted to a memory transfer controller 23. The controller 23 changes a timing transferring picture data from a first memory means 21 to a second memory means 24 according to a time difference judgement signal, and delays the timing of starting the transfer for a frame generating the passing of an address of read and write for a memory means 24 in the time difference between the synchronizing signal Vsyn2 accompanied by a picture signal to be outputted from a memory means 24 and the vertical synchronizing signal Vsyn 1 accompanied by an input picture signal. PURPOSE:To hydrolyze castor oil in high decomposition yield while suppressing the esterification reaction of produced hydroxyfatty acids with each other, by using a specific lipase in the hydrolysis of castor oil. CONSTITUTION:5-70wt.%, preferably 30-65wt.% of castor oil is dispersed in an aqueous solution of 0.01-20pts.wt., preferably 0.05-15pts.wt. (based on 100pts.wt. of the castor oil) of a lipase having alpha-site selectivity and exhibiting positive hydrolysis characteristics at 35 deg.C and 24hr. The dispersion is reacted at -10-+55 deg.C, preferably 0-45 deg.C under stirring to effect the hydrolysis of the castor oil at a hydrolysis yield of >=70%. The reaction is carried out under a condition to complete the reaction spending >=48hr, especially >=72hr at 20-30 deg.C.

CONSTITUTION:A switch circuit 4 is connected in series with a zirconia sensor 1 and a series connected resistor 2, and a turning-on or turning-off of a power supply circuit 3 is performed in response to an output from an oscillator 5. A sensor circuit 6 for use in sensing an output potential (a) from the zirconia sensor 1 and transforming it to a detected signal es gets a synchroneous signal eo from the oscillator 5. Periodical repetition of charging or discharging of power supply voltage is performed at the zirconia sensor 1 in response to the signal at the oscillator 5 and measurement of an electromotive force ei and measurement of variation in the internal resistance Ri are performed in sequence for the electric potential (a) of the sensor 1. Thereby, the variation of the internal resistance of the sensor enables a temperature in the sensor to be detected and a variation in the electromotive force in the sensor to be detected without being affected by the internal resistance.
