Abstract: According to the nature of multiple linear regression evaluation method, the quantitative evaluation method of teachers is divided into quantitative evaluation method and qualitative evaluation method. A spiral dynamic evaluation process of "data collection evaluation feedback" is formed by collecting and combining the evaluation information method with the expectation evaluation and grade evaluation standard.
