Abstract
A resonance circuit having an inductor, a capacitor and a semiconductor with a junction, and means for applying a signal to the semiconductor junction. The semiconductor junction satisfies the equation: ##EQU1## where C represents the capacitance of the semiconductor junction when a voltage V is applied thereto and the junction of the semiconductor is reverse biased, C' is a constant, and the inductor and capacitor are connected in series.
