The invention discloses a motor bearing shaft current damage simulation test device comprising a driving device, a transmission device, a measurement and control device and a loading device. The transmission device comprises a rotating main shaft, a coupler, bearings and a bearing pedestal. The driving device is connected with the rotating main shaft via the coupler. The rotating main shaft is symmetrically provided with two bearings. The external rings of the bearings are fixed on the bearing pedestal which is installed on a base. The loading device comprises a bearing current generation device and a radial load loading device. The bearing current generation device is connected with the rotating main shaft. The external rings of the bearings are grounded via conductive wires. The radial load loading device is installed on the bearings. The measurement and control device comprises a vibration acceleration sensor, a rotating speed sensor, a current sensor, a force sensor, an acquisition card and an upper computer. Different situations of damage to the bearings caused by shaft current under different working conditions of the bearings can be simulated by combination of the loading device and the measurement and control device so that test basis and support can be provided for fault early warning and operation reliability of the motor bearings.
