Test and research on wind tunnel of guangdong science center

Abstract
Guangdong Science Center adopts unique roof structure.There is no reference for shape coefficients of such roof structure in current codes,and there is no direct method for calculation of its wind vibration.Through wind tunnel simulation test,wind pressure distribution at different areas on the roof and parameters of maximum and minimum wind pressure peak values are obtained,providing basis for determination of wind vibration coefficient and structural design.
