Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional measuring device which has high accuracy and is hardly affected by noise and is capable of measuring three-dimensional information indicating the position of a monitoring object, without being affected by difference in control of a plurality of stereo-cameras and variations in a light source. SOLUTION: The measuring device comprises a photographic devices 101, 102 photographing a specific monitoring object, an image conversion device 10 for converting the contrast of each image signal photographed by each of the photographing devices 101, 102, and a three dimensional information calculating device 108 for calculating three dimensional information indicating the position of the monitoring object, based on each image signal converted by the image conversion device 10.
