TLDR
In this article, the authors proved Sylvester's law of nullity and exercise, which states that the nullity of the product BA never exceeds the sum of the nullities of the factor and is never less than the nullness of A.
Abstract
In this work, we have proved a number of purely geometric statements by algebraic methods. Also we have proved Sylvester’s law of Nullity and Exercise: the nullity of the product BA never exceeds the sum of the nullities of the factor and is never less than the nullity of A. Multiple solutions to a magnetic nonlinear Choquard equation

TL;DR: In this article, the stationary nonlinear magnetic Choquard equation is considered and the existence of multiple complex valued solutions to this equation is established, assuming that both vector potentials A and scalar potential V are compatible with the action of a group G of linear isometries.
Journal ArticleDOI

Nilpotence and descent in equivariant stable homotopy theory

TL;DR: In this article, the authors introduce a class of G-equivariant spectra called F -nilpotent, which is defined as the class of spectra that are complete, torsion, complete, and nilpotent objects in a symmetric monoidal stable ∞-category.
Journal ArticleDOI

New combinatorial topology bounds for renaming: The upper bound

TL;DR: The main theorem states that there exists a wait-free renaming protocol for K < 2n, if and only if
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Eliminating Tverberg Points, I. An Analogue of the Whitney Trick

TL;DR: This work considers multiple (double, triple, and higher multiplicity) self-intersection points of maps from finite simplicial complexes (compact polyhedra) into Rd, and study conditions under which such multiple points can be eliminated.

Mod Two Homology and Cohomology

TL;DR: In this paper, Simplicial (co)homology, singular and cellular homologies, products, and Poincar'e duality are discussed. And some exercises for some exercises are given.

Global Homotopy Theory

TL;DR: In this article, the authors introduce graduate students and researchers to global equivariant homotopy theory based on the new notion of global equivalences for orthogonal spectra, a much finer notion of equivalence than is traditionally considered.
