Abstract
The invention relates to a transport, sieving, sand manufacture and combination device of a vibration sieve and a crusher, which is a device formed by combining the vibration sieve, a stone sand conveyer belt device, a feed hopper device, a clean stone conveyer belt device, a crusher device and a wooden handcart box body. The device transports a stone sand mixed material into an upper layer net of the vibration sieve for sieving by a stone sand conveyer belt below a feed hopper, required sand grains with the diameter of 0.5-5mm are discharged from the upper side of a lower layer net, sandy soil with the diameter smaller than 0.5mm falls on the bottom of the vibration sieve and is discharged, clean stone blocks with the diameter greater than 5mm enter a clean stone conveyer belt from a discharge groove of the upper layer net, are transported into a feed inlet of the crusher by the clean stone conveyer belt, are crushed by the crusher and fall on the stone sand conveyer belt, and the crushed stone blocks and stone sand discharged by the feed hopper are transported together into the vibration sieve for sieving. The device utilizes stone powder to manufacture sand, can save energy by 85% at the same ratio, increases the utilization of resources to 75% and can carry out mobile operation simultaneously.
