CONSTITUTION:A pesticide for noxious organisms comprising a reaction product obtained by reacting a solution of a mixture of a salt [e.g., sodium N-(2-hydroxyethyl)ethylenebisdithiocarbamate, etc.] shown by the formula (X is bifunctional aliphatic group or polyalkylene polyamine residue; Y and Y' are H or hydroxylalkyl, etc.; M is alkali metal) and an amine (e.g., monomethylamine, etc.) or a solution of the mixture of the two compounds and a lower aliphatic aldehyde (e.g., formaldehyde, etc.) with a soluble metal salt (e.g., zinc chloride, etc.) of a metal selected from the group consisting of zinc, manganese, iron and copper, as an active ingredient. The addition of a stabilizer improves its effects more. EFFECT:Having extremely strong germicidal actions.
