PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a regetation base structure having a cushioning property by spraying regetation base material with an organic material, fertilizer, elongated filament-like rubber or the like mixed therein on the surface of peanting porous concrete filled with water retaining material SOLUTION: Planting porous concrete 3 is laid on ground compoaction concrete 2, and plantation base material 4 is sprayed thereto A lawn mat 5 with a planted lawn is adhered on the planter base material 4 The porous concrete 3 is formed into a rectangular block through connection coagulation so as to form continuous gaps 8 among the aggregates 7, and then water-retaining material is filled therein The regetation base material 4 is made by adding a predetermined rate elongated filament-like rubber 41 to an organic material, fertilizer, and soil modifier, and further added with a great deal of water before being mixed and stirred The elongated filament-like rubber 41 is preferably made 5-20% in its volume rate, 05-3 mm in diameter, and 5-50 mm in length Thus, preventing the subsidence or compaction due to treadding and the like, and the healthy growth of plants can be attainedread more
