The embodiment of the invention provides a voice service realization method and device based on an IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem). The method comprises the steps of receiving a first service registration request initiated by a user terminal; cancelling second service if the second service corresponding to an IMS account is registered; receiving a first service cancellation request initiated by the user terminal; and informing the user terminal to cancel the second service corresponding to the IMS account. According to the embodiment of the invention, the registration request initiated by the user terminal is received through an MMTel AS (Multi Media Telephony Application Server) in an IMS core network; different pieces of voice service requested to be registered by the user terminal correspond to the same IMS account, so the MMTel AS cancels the other voice service registered by the user terminal according to the IMS account, the voice service capable of being registered by the user terminal is guaranteed to be online alternately, and the conflict of service as IMS registration and calling is avoided when the VoLTE (Voice over Long Term Evolution) service and VoWiFi (Voice over Wireless-Fidelity) service of the same user terminal are registered at the same time.read more
