A decontamination paddle device is arranged on a water tank body, and comprises a paddle part, a paddle adjustment part and a rotary handle part, wherein the paddle part is formed by a telescopic rod and a cleaning paddle; the cleaning paddle is fixedly connected to the lower end of the telescopic rod; the paddle part is connected with the rotary handle part; a flat guide for the telescopic rod to be in the longitudinal position in the water tank body is arranged on the paddle adjustment part; the paddle adjustment part is movably connected with the upper end face of the water tank body; a dull polish layer is formed on the outer surface of the cleaning paddle; a spraying nozzle is formed on the telescopic rod; a drain outlet is formed in the bottom part of the water tank body.
