Abstract: The utility model relates to a railway carriage with two deck seats used for passenger train, in particular for ordinary rail transport passenger train. The structure of the utility model is as following: the middle part is an aisle; the space on the both sides are equipped with upper and lower decks of seats and end tables in alternative arrangement; each seat of the upper deck is pivoted at the top of the seat back of the lower deck; the upper deck on each side is equipped with twelve semi closed boxes. The advantages of the utility model are easy producing and low cost, convenient reconstruction for old passenger trains, comfortable riding, strong passenger capacity (the fixed number of passengers inside the carriage can reach 188) and wide application (for example, the utility model can be applied to the present high road double-decker coach). The utility model also decreases the height of the carriage, reduces the manufacturing cost and cuts down the energy consumption.
