Abstract: This paper analyzes the actual functions of the labor education and occupational therapy phase through an in-depth study of labor education and occupational therapy for college students and explores the strategies of organic integration of labor education and occupational therapy for college students. This paper carries out a holistic theoretical construction of labor education in schools and systematically analyzes the components of labor education objectives in colleges and universities, labor education contents in schools, labor education implementation in schools, and labor education evaluation in schools. The main goal of labor education in colleges and universities is to guide students in establishing a scientific concept of labor and constructing a labor education resource system. It focuses on strengthening the construction and improvement of the labor education theoretical system, promoting the construction of labor education disciplines and professional courses, and attaching importance to the training of labor education teachers in the new era to contribute to the perfection of labor education. The system of labor education practice should be innovated. Of course, the labor practice activities based on institutionalization should be implemented. The cycle of labor activities based on the principle of continuity should be strengthened, and the effectiveness of labor education should be improved totally from explicit and implicit instructions. The core of occupational therapy is to help college students adapt to social work, give full play to their self-worth, obtain economic resources, and improve self-confidence. The organic integration of labor education and occupational therapy shows that it can help students ease their social adaptability and adapt to social functions, improve the reemployment rate, and improve students' overall health. Therefore, the practical research on labor education and occupational therapy should be strengthened.

Abstract: The article presents the authors' view on managerial work in consumer cooperation, the peculiarity of which is the dual nature. It consists in the fact that the cooperative, firstly, carries out economic and financial activities as a business structure and uses managerial labor to organize production processes at its enterprises and bring manufactured products and goods to consumers, meeting the needs of shareholders, and, secondly, it is an association of cooperative members who are in In accordance with the principles and values of the International Cooperative Movement, we must take part in its activities. The expansion of the social base of cooperation – the number of shareholders – is achieved by the organizational work of specialists of the management staff of the Chairman of the Council. It does not have a direct impact on the results of the cooperative organization's activities, but it has a significant indirect impact on them. Currently, in most district and regional cooperative organizations, work with shareholders is not carried out due to the lack of specialists who are able to promote the ideas, principles and values of cooperation, inform them about the forms and effects of participation in the activities of the cooperative, that is, to conduct educational work among both shareholders and the non-cooperative population. The solution to the problem of such a deficit is seen in the need to improve cooperative education by adding professional disciplines to the curricula of specialties and areas of training in higher and secondary professional educational organizations. In the course of the research, methods of reviewing literature sources, identifying cause-and-effect relationships, induction, deduction, analysis and synthesis were used. The purpose of the study is to identify the features of managerial work in consumer cooperation due to the dual nature of cooperation. The objectives of the study include the characterization of managerial labor; demonstration of the place of organizational labor as an integral part of managerial labor due to the dual nature of cooperation; the author's formulation of the definition of organizational labor in consumer cooperation; justification of the need for professional training of specialists who are carriers of organizational labor in educational organizations of consumer cooperation.

Abstract: This study examined the effect of cooperative inspection activities on the performance of Farmers cooperative societies in Anambra State. The study Specifically modeled the effect of cooperative education and training, frequent inspection, inspectors frequent visitation and inspection activities on total output of Farmers cooperative societies, membership strength of Farmers,community investment of Farmers cooperative societies and members participation of Farmers Cooperative Societies in Anambra State respective using a descriptive survey design on a sample of 96 management committees of selected cooperative societies in Anambra State. The study was anchored on Systems Theory propounded by Ludwig von Bertalanffy in 1930s. Data collected for the study were analyzed using descriptive statistics and chi-square statistics. The results from the analysis revealed that cooperative education and training has significant influence on the total output of Farmers cooperative societies in Anambra State. Cooperative Societies activities have significant effect on the membership strength of Farmers cooperative societies in Anambra State. Inspectors’ frequent visitation has no significant influence on the community investment of Farmers cooperative societies in Anambra State. Inspection activities have significant influence on members’ participation of Farmers Cooperative Societies in Anambra State. Based on the findings, the following are recommended; to increase farmers output, cooperative societies should sustain cooperative education and training because it was found to have significant influence on the total output of Farmers cooperative societies in Anambra State. Cooperative societies should advertise their activities so that non members will its benefits and key into their activities by subscribing to its membership. Areas of cooperative community investment should be specifies to enable inspectors focus that. This will help improve the contributions of cooperative to community investment.Inspection activities should be done regularly as it has a positive influence on the participation of members.

Abstract: Vocational education school-enterprise cooperation is a cooperative activity between vocational colleges and enterprises to improve the quality and efficiency of vocational school education or vocational training in terms of joint training, cooperative research, building institutions together and sharing resources. With the joint efforts of relevant stakeholders such as governments at all levels, various types of schools and enterprises, the system and mechanism of vocational education school-enterprise cooperation in China have made continuous breakthroughs and innovations. However, the effect of vocational education school-enterprise cooperation needs to be further improved. This paper analyzes the impetus of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education in China and introduces the policy and legal system of school-enterprise cooperation. Suggestions for implementing school-enterprise cooperation are given. The analysis shows that there is uncertainty about the costs, benefits and risks of enterprises' participation in school-enterprise cooperation. It should start from strengthening the system of school-enterprise cooperation.
