TL;DR: In this paper, an improved radio-wave insulating device for a high frequency signal distributor, comprising a cover 2a and a case body 3a, is presented, which is provided with a plurality of protuberances 32a which slightly outsizes the corresponding notches 22a of the cover.
Abstract: An improved radio-wave insulating device for a high frequency signal distributor, comprising a cover 2a and a case body 3a. The case body 3a is provided with a plurality of protuberances 32a which slightly outsizes the corresponding notches 22a of the cover 2a. Thus when the cover 2a is mounted in place in the case body 3a, a force, which results from the deformation of the protuberances 32a in the notches 22a, is provided parallel to the corresponding side of the cover, thus ensuring a firm engagement between the cover and the case body, without causing the bulging-out of the case body.

TL;DR: In this article, a traffic monitor detects the peak traffic and provides a prescribed attenuation to the attenuators of a zone 4 to reduce peak traffic in each zone by varying the zone radius adaptively in response to traffic.
Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the peak traffic of each zone by varying the zone radius adaptively in response to the traffic. CONSTITUTION:When the traffic of a zone 4 reaches its peak, a traffic monitor 20 detects it to control attenuators 13, 14 to provide a prescribed attenuation. When a prescribed attenuation is fed to the attenuators 13, 14 of the zone 4, the area 21 is reduced as shown in area 21 in figure. Thus, part of the traffic of the zone is decreased as the gone decrease, and the surrounding zones 1, 2 or the like cover the decrease.

TL;DR: In this article, a telecommunications unit is equipped with a housing (11, 15) which forms a housing cover with two or more housing chambers (19, 20) which are covered by different cover parts (16, 17).
Abstract: A telecommunications unit is equipped with a housing (11, 15) which forms a housing cover with two or more housing chambers (19, 20) which are covered by different cover parts (16, 17). A cover part (17) for connectors (13) is easily removed using a simple tool such as a screwdriver while the other cover part (16) for the electric circuit arrangement (12) can only be unlocked in the workshop or by means of a special key-like tool. Thus, the chamber (19) for the circuit arrangement is, when its cover part (16) is closed, secured in accordance with the relevant safety regulations, while the connectors (13) for connection can be made accessible using a tool although their cover is secure against being opened by hand. Similar securing can also be provided on a possible third chamber, for example intended to accommodate mains connection means.

TL;DR: In this article, a non-volatile storing means is used to store the manufacture information with a reading reading means to attain the reading without removing the cover, etc., of a device simply while the power source is turned on by reading the necessary manufacture information.
Abstract: PURPOSE:To attain the reading without removing the cover, etc., of a device simply while the power source is turned on by reading the necessary manufacture information from a non-volatile storing means to store the manufacture information with a manufacture information reading means. CONSTITUTION:When the displaying of the manufacture information is instructed to a data reader 70, a reading instruction signal 104 is outputted to ROM 50-53, manufacture information signals 100-103 written beforehand are respectively outputted and latched to registers 60-63. Next, by a scan pulse 105, the latched signal is successively shifted, taken out to a data reader 70 and the taking-out for one step is completed. This is repeated up to the final step, the processing such as arranging and retrieving is executed and displayed at a data display device 71. Thus, without removing the cover, etc., of the device simply and while the power source is turned on, the reading can be executed.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed an outdoor automatic rental machine by providing a cover opening/closing means, a rental termination detection means and the control means of the cover location of the detection.
Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain an outdoor automatic rental machine by providing a cover opening/closing means, a rental termination detection means and the control means of the cover location of the detection. CONSTITUTION: All the rental operations are terminated and the leaving of a user from a rental machine is detected by a body sensor 5. Based on this detection, a control means 8 controls a cover opening/closing means 4, a cover 2 is moved to the cover to a closing location and the cover 2 covers an operation panel part 3. When the next user inserts a membership card into card reader 7, the control means 8 controls the cover opening/closing means 4 based on this moving and moves the covers 2 to an opening location. Thus, an operation panel 3 is made a usable state. By this constitution, a convenient outdoor automatic rental machine in which water proof and contamination, etc., are surely prevented, the equipments on the roof, etc., is unnecessary and the cover is automatically opened/closed can be obtained.
