Abstract: Evolution of the genetic code has been analysed by dividing it into seven stages according to the perceptivity of codon-anticodon interaction. One of our basic rules, which is supported by evidences, may have answered the question that what cause is responsible for the difference in the coding behavior between pyrimidines and purines. We also have obtained the evolutionary trees of tRNAs which would tell us how the tRNAs are related with one another.
