Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always utilize solar light as light energy without converting it to thermal energy and electric energy. SOLUTION: A global light transmission device for solar light composed of an annular global solar light transmission cable 1 constituted so as to spread an optical fiber cable so as to go around the earth in the latitude direction and many solar light gathering means 2 set up on respective places along the annular global solar light transmission cable 1 is prepared By using it, the solar light are gathered by plural solar light gathering means 2 always existing on the daytime area on the earth even though the daytime area and the night area on the earth move according to the rotation of the earth, and the gathered solar light are led to the optical fibers, and it is constituted so that the supplied solar light exist in the annular global solar light transmission cable 1 in the state circulating and transmitting, and the solar light are transmitted to the night area or an optional area on the earth through the optical fiber cable to be supplied.
