TL;DR: In this article, a liquid crystal display (LCD) light pillar electronic sphygmomanometer capable of listening through the auscultatory method and taking the light emitting diode (LED) as a backlight source is presented.
Abstract: The utility model relates to an electronic device for measuring blood pressure, in particular to an LCD (liquid crystal display) light pillar electronic sphygmomanometer capable of listening through the auscultatory method and taking the light emitting diode (LED) as a backlight source. The ballonet pressure of a sphygmomanometer sleeve belt is converted into a light pillar on the LCD by adopting the principle of an electronic component through a pressure transducer and a functionally-programmed integrated circuit. The configuration of the LCD light pillar electronic sphygmomanometer is same with that of an all-purpose desk-top mercury column type sphygmomanometer, the LCD of the LCD light pillar electronic sphygmomanometer is long-stripped (29 cm*1.7 cm) and is fixed in the corresponding groove in the middle of an attached device on the inner surface of a housing cover of the sphygmomanometer. The pressure scales and pressure quantity value of the sphygmomanometer are arranged on both sides of the attached device for fixing the LCD, the height of the light pillar corresponds to the pressure scales and pressure quantity value on both sides correctly through the functionally-programmed integrated circuit. By adopting abandoned mercury, the LCD light pillar electronic sphygmomanometer conforms to the environment-friendly requirement. The power supply adopts an environment-friendly No. 5 alkaline cell, a hydrogen charging battery or a lithium battery. The backlight utilizes the (LED) and is opened and closed through a pressure start switch. The LCD light pillar electronic sphygmomanometer is attached to an electronic stopwatch.
