TL;DR: In this article , the lumbar medial branch nerve blockade and radiofrequency ablation techniques were reviewed for axial low back pain, and it was shown that facet pain can be successfully treated with radiofrequency augmentation of the medial branch nerves.
Abstract: The lumbar facet joint can be a cause for axial low back pain. After conservative treatment options, facet pain can be successfully treated with radiofrequency ablation of the medial branch nerves. Lumbar medial branch nerve blockade and radiofrequency ablation techniques will be reviewed.

TL;DR: In this paper , a detailed review of the anatomy and a step-by-step approach to properly perform the procedure is presented, where the medial nerve branch block is the only reliable way to diagnose Thoracic facet joint disease.
Abstract: Thoracic facet joint disease is not an uncommon chronic pain condition. Its underappreciated and underdiagnosed. This often leads to unnecessary patient suffering. The medial nerve branch block is the only reliable way to diagnose this condition, and radiofrequency ablation is the only established method with long-term outcome. The technique is technically challenging but easy to learn and perform effectively. This chapter provides a detailed review of the anatomy and a step-by-step approach to properly perform the procedure.

TL;DR: The cervical medial branch block (MBB) as mentioned in this paper was used to diagnose axial neck pain without radiation to the upper extremities and radiofrequency ablation (RFA) was used for 6 to 12 months.
Abstract: The cervical facet joints are a relatively common cause of axial neck pain worldwide. These joints are paired diarthrodial joints that connect the respective superior and inferior vertebrae of the cervical spine. Facet joints are innervated by the respective medial branches of the dorsal primary rami of the corresponding exiting spinal nerves. Facetogenic cervical pain typically presents as axial neck pain without radiation to the upper extremities. The pain can be referred to the occipital area in the superior levels or the shoulders in the inferior levels. Physical examination may show worsening pain with cervical extension or rotation, as well as tenderness to palpation along the facet joint line. However, physical exams are not very specific or diagnostic. In order to confirm the diagnosis, a cervical medial branch block (MBB) can be performed. A cervical MBB with local anesthetic can be diagnostic as it can confirm the etiology of the pain as facetogenic. Following confirmation of the diagnosis with dual MBB providing significant pain relief, radiofrequency ablation (RFA) of these nerves can be done, providing pain relief for as long as 6 to 12 months. It is imperative to educate the patient on the diagnostic nature of medial branch blocks. Given that local anesthetics have a relatively short half-life, the effect of a medial branch block may only be temporary. The following chapter describes the most commonly performed techniques for cervical medial branch blocks and radiofrequency ablation.

TL;DR: In this article , a sociological analysis of sample of victims in Algerian society was carried out to highlight the most important characteristics of victims of fraud and deception and make them love to attract criminals (fraudulent).
Abstract: The crime of fraud & deception is one of the most prominent economic crimes that are widespread in contemporary societies, whether Western or Arab. And that is because it is based mainly on the intelligence and trickery of the criminal "fraudulent" on the one hand and on the other hand it is based on a set of characteristics that emerge in the victim's personality. Where the latter has a prominent role in the occurrence of this crime. This study is seeking through the sociological analysis of sample of victims in Algerian society, To achieve the following objectives: • Highlight the most important characteristics of victims of the monument fraud & deception and make them love to attract criminals (fraudulent). • Identify the reasons surrounding individuals that cause victims of the monument fraud & deception. The current study of results, most important: • Young people are scamming victims of fraud because of their greed to increase their wealth, while the elderly fall victim to fraud because of their quest to provide aid and contribute to charitable work. • Females are subjected to fraud and deception because of excessive kindness, while males are subjected to fraud and deception because of their arrogance and belief that they are smart. • People in big cities are more vulnerable to fraud than people in smaller cities. The current study concluded with a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: • The need for individuals to avoid being in places suspicious of the presence of fraudsters or that are prohibited from going to due to the large presence of suspects in them, as well as avoiding appearing at critical times in which they should not appear. • The need to pay attention to the human element financially and morally, and to give it the necessary awareness of the dangers of fraud and deception, which will protect it from falling into the trap of fraudsters. Keywords: Victims, Crime, Fraud & Deception, Society.
