TL;DR: Two neolignans (Ⅰ, Ⅱ) and three alkaloids were isolated from Piper hancei Maxim as mentioned in this paper and their structure was characterized as rel-(7S, 8S, 1′R, 3′S, 4′R)-1′-allyl-7-(3, 4-dimethoxyphenyl)-4′-hydro- xy-5′-methoxy-8-methyl-2′-oxobicyclo [3.2]
Abstract: Two neolignans (Ⅰ, Ⅱ)and three alkaloids (Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ) were isolated from Piper hancei Maxim. Ⅰ is a new compound. Its structure was characterized as rel-(7S, 8S, 1′R, 3′S, 4′R)-1′-allyl-7-(3, 4-dimethoxyphenyl)-4′-hydro- xy-5′-methoxy-8-methyl-2′-oxobicyclo [3.2.1] oct-5′-ene by interpretation of UV, IR, ~1HNMR, ~(13)CNMR, APT-~(13)CNMR, 2 D-HNMR, MS, etc.The others were identified as burchellin (Ⅱ), futoamide (Ⅲ), piperlonguminine (Ⅳ) and N-isobutyl deca-trans-2-trans-4-dienamide (Ⅴ).
