Abstract: The decomposition kinetics of the thermodynamically unstable component of silver oxide cathodes used in primary silver oxide/zinc batteries was determined by a rapid, accelerated‐aging thermogravimetry (TG) technique. The activation energy for the decomposition of pure, chemically prepared is in excellent agreement with other reported values obtained by conventional, lengthy experimental techniques. Electrochemically prepared silver oxide cathode material used in high rate batteries is generally much less stable than chemically prepared material used for low rate applications. The calculated decomposition rates of in various silver oxide samples can be used to predict the storage life‐time of primary, reserve silver oxide/zinc batteries.

TL;DR: In this paper, a negative plate for a lead storage battery during rapid charging by using a negative active material prepared by making a lignin compound to be adsorbed by an adsorptive such as barium sulfate and then adding the prepared material to a kneaded mixture composed of a lead powder, sulfuric acid and water.
Abstract: PURPOSE:To increase the cycle life of a negative plate for a lead storage battery during rapid charging by using a negative active material prepared by making a lignin compound to be adsorbed by an adsorptive such as barium sulfate and then adding the prepared material to a kneaded mixture composed of a lead powder, sulfuric acid and water. CONSTITUTION:After sodium ligninsulfonate is added to distilled water to prepare a saturated solution, a substrate which adsorbs a lignin compound such as barium sulfate, silica or alumina is added to the solution. Then, the prepared mixture is added to a usual negative paste prepared by kneading a lead powder, sulfuric acid and water together. After that, this paste is applied to a current- collecting grid and then the thus formed body is dried, aged and formed, thereby making a negative plate for a lead storage battery. Due to a high content of the lignin compound in the negative plate, the specific surface area of the negative active material is increased thereby achieving increased discharge capacity. Furthermore, the liquid electrolyte is prevented from flowing out due to air bubbles during charging, thereby achieving extended cycle life.

TL;DR: In this article, a natural raw material containing intake attracting substance for fish, such as krill, cuttlefish, raw chrysalises, etc, is steamed or boiled in such a way that enzymes in the tissue of the body are deactivated, and the raw material is ground Then, the prepared material and a base material of porous structure having swelling properties by water absorption prepared from pulp powder, starchy raw material, etc. are sealed in a container, subjected to retort treatment and shake
Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a bait for fish which has extremely improved intake attraction, is not decomposed even by long-term storage, easily portable and conveniently handleable, by steaming or boiling a natural raw material containing an intake attaching substance, grinding it, and using it as a main ingredient for a bait CONSTITUTION:A natural raw material containing intake attracting substance for fish, such as krill, cuttlefish, raw chrysalises, etc, is steamed or boiled in such a way that enzymes in the tissue of the body are deactivated, and the raw material is ground Then, the prepared material and a base material of porous structure having swelling properties by water absorption prepared from pulp powder, starchy raw material, etc, are sealed in a container, subjected to retort treatment and shake

TL;DR: In this article, the amount of β-lactoglobulin in protein contained in the prepared milk for infant rearing is specified to be ≤ 15wt% and the mixture of the prepared matter with other various components, such as ground sugar, soluble polysaccharide powder, water-soluble vitamin, another nutritive component powder, etc., and the bland is dissolved in water to give the prepred milk for infants' rearing.
Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain prepared milk for infant rearing similar to mother's milk, by adding a prepared matter obtained by reducing β-lactoglobulin from whey or whey protein concentrate to other various components. CONSTITUTION: Prepared milk for infant rearing containing a prepared material obtained by reducing β-lactoglobulin from whey or protein concentrate. The amount of β-lactoglobulin in protein contained in the prepared milk for infant rearing is preferably ≤15wt%. The whey or whey protein condensate from which β-lactoglobulin is reduced is blended with other various components, to give a prepared matter for infant rearing having components similar to those of mother's milk. For example, the prepared matter for infant rearing is blended with ground sugar, soluble polysaccharide powder, water-soluble vitamin, another nutritive component powder, etc., and the bland is dissolved in water to give the prepred milk for infant rearing.
