Primary systemic amyloidosis presenting with severe intestinal haemorrhage.

Abstract: A case of primary systemic amyloidosis which presented with severe intestinal haemorrhage is reported. Present concents of the pathogenesis of this disorder, especially in relation to gastrointestinal tract involvement, are briefly discussed.
