Abstract: The invention provides the energy management technology based on the energy node data collection and data informatization comparison self-adaptation processing and particularly relates to a project energy management contract system based on the energy node control technology. The system mainly comprise a sensor, a data collecting terminal, an open energy efficiency network service platform (website), a database and a data processor which are disposed on a project engineering energy control node. The service platform system comprises a client energy using state online monitoring module, a client energy using diagnosing and energy saving service module, a client energy efficiency comprehensive management service module, a business mode energy management contract (EMC) module, an energy using equipment and asset management and service module, and an energy saving project technological modification process management (PM) module. The project energy management contract system has the advantages that the service platform does not need one-step vast investment, a client only can obtain energy using management services at anytime and anywhere through an Internet browser, energy saving scheme optimization and energy saving and consumption lowering can be achieved, and independently-configured system hardware and maintenance staff are not needed.

Abstract: The author describes some of the engineering challenges faced by Projects that are embarking on the Electrification of existing Railway lines. The author principally concentrates on the wide ranging and diverse support that engineering provides throughout the lifetime of a project, in terms of developing the scope, defining and working with particular standards, dealing with the various interfaces both technical and managerial, commercial issues and bringing systems into service and resolving problems as they arise, These project areas are described in a time when very little new Electrification on existing lines has been provided in the UK over the past twenty years. In light of the reduced amount of electrification schemes over the past twenty years, the author investigates the future proposals to electrify large sections of the UK railway; specifically what is now required to ensure that they are engineered to meet today's modern needs, and uses the author's own project engineering experience on the Thameslink Programme and some lessons learnt from some recent enhancement schemes to identify key areas that project engineering designers and managers may need to consider going forward.

Abstract: The invention discloses a bearing capacity analysis method and system based on overall business and production capacity. The method comprises acquiring the related information of bearing capacity of the staff in a production operational department, wherein the staff include at least site management personnel and site construction personnel; analyzing the related information of bearing capacity of the site management personnel to obtain the personal bearing capacity score of every site construction personnel; and utilizing the personal bearing capacity score of every site management personnel and the personal bearing capacity score of every site construction personnel and consulting the index information of project engineering of the overall business to distribute the site management personnel and the site construction personnel matched with the index information for the project engineering. Therefore, the bearing capacity analysis method and system based on overall business and production capacity can realize analysis of the bearing capacity of the staff of an enterprise so as to enable a manager to master the production state of the enterprise in real time and make a prognosis timely.

Abstract: This project aims to fill a need feasibility of housewives by offering an innovative and natural product as an alternative for families in our town have an seasoning in food preparation giving good flavor to your food, using terms as natural raw white onion branch. To develop the research work called the overall objective was determined: "FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR CREATING A producer and marketer RAMA WHITE ONION POWDER (Allium fistulosum) IN THE CITY OF LOJA" and specific objectives: 1. Conduct a market study to determine the supply and demand existing onion powder in the city of Loja; 2. Develop technical study to define the size, location and project engineering; 3. Perform organizational design with the appropriate legal basis; 4. Conduct a study to determine the financial investment, financing sources and resources needed and 5. Determine the financial evaluation through financial indicators; All this was accomplished with the application of deductive, inductive and quantitative methods; techniques such as direct observation, interview and survey of the families of the city of Loja who are potential consumers allowing the product to meet demand. Market research yielded data of potential demand, real and effective and meet the market vendor "ILE" Industry Lojana of Spiceries who currently produces and sells red onion powder, information used to establish the unmet. On the 5 technical study determined that the company work with an installed capacity (438,000 pounds), operating with a 24.11% capacity utilization offering to market in the first year 105,600 pounds a year, will be located in the city of Loja, neighborhood Capuli having adequate distribution thereof; as well as materials, equipment, and machinery required for the production of white onion powder branch inputs. Legal and organizational aspects which are a fundamental part in the operation of the company were identified. The study found the overall financial investment to launch the project, which amounted to $ 77,951.40 with 26% of external financing and the remaining partners' capital 74%; once made projections of revenues and expenditures, project feasibility throwing a net present value (NPV) positive was determined; an internal rate of return (IRR) greater than the opportunity cost, the capital recovery period will be within the lifetime of the project; the benefit cost 69 cents for every dollar invested in the project and its sensitivity analysis indicates that the project supports changes in both its revenue and expenditure. Results allowed to conclude that the project is feasible, so that execution is recommended to give a return to its investors and generates productive development in the city of Loja.

Abstract: This paper discusses the difficulty of controlling complex engineering projects with the help of the traditional control tools such as earned value method. The main problem with the controlling engineering projects is that the environment and scope of these projects are various from project to project and the project performance measurement system should adapt and flexibly reflect the variability of the engineering project scope and context. The article is based on the case study of the Russian engineering company that is needed a more flexible project performance measurement system. After the consideration of the limitations of the existing performance measurement methods and tools the authors elaborate the suggestion to improve the adaptability of the traditional earned value method which leads to better control of the engineering projects.

Abstract: This paper highlights the results of a study carried out during the doctoral research in case of multi project Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning (EPCC) investment types. The objective of this study was to improve the project portfolio management. The methodology used in the research presented in this paper is focused on the analysis of the authors related to the approaches debated in literature and theirs applicability in EPCC type investment programs. In this sense were analyzed 11 international projects in petrochemical and refinery field and also 7 investments in other different areas of chemical industry. The research highlighted that the management process of these investments can be improved trough the correct project integration, being able to provide a performing working environment able to sustain the management team in identifying the investment program criticalities and congestion points in order to be able to manage them in an efficient manner in order to assure the reach of the investment goal. Having as consequence the possibility to significant reduction of execution period, up to 16% and in the mean time also the delays related risks through a more efficient investment managerial act.

In the market study in the province of El Oro, with a sample of 399 families; Weighted surveys have been analyzed and the results have been inferred then perform market analysis, determining the potential demand of 160,295 households, 73,736 families Demand Real, Effective Demand portions 754 316 40 555 families and 500 grams of apple desserts, La Offer 61,500 servings of 500 grams of apple desserts and unmet demand for 694,196 servings of 500 grams of apple desserts, which allowed us to determine that the project can and should be executed, the results obtained in the analysis of demand, levels of supply and marketing of this product. The unmet demand reflects the potential that exists in the province cited for this product market with the following results: For the first year of life of the project is unmet demand: 694,196 servings of 500 grams of apple desserts, Capacity project installed determines that the company will be able to produce 101,200 servings of 500 grams of apple desserts and whose capacity will be 96,720 used portions of 500 grams of apple desserts, which will occur 70% of capacity used for the first year that corresponds to 96,720 servings of 500 grams of apple desserts, plus the location of it to be located in the city of Huaquillas in the Etza S/N and Abdon Calderon streets is determined. Also an administrative study determined as a Limited Liability Company, and the functional organizational structure hierarchical levels both Legislative, Executive, Consultant Level Support Assistant, Operational Level Level as well as operating manuals, charts was performed; which served as a guideline for implementing a good organization, since there will be the following personnel: Manager, a Secretariat a Concierge-Guardian, one Accountant who will be part of the administrative staff and operational staff distributed as follows: a Head production, a Head of Sales two Workers, and a seller. The project reaches an investment of $ 34,256.48 and will be financed with contributions from partners the 56,21% of the total investment corresponding to $ 19,256.48 and a loan that will keep the project with the Bank of Machala constitute the 43.79% which corresponds to $ 15,000 a 10 year period to 15.00% annual interest. The financial evaluation presents the following results: According to the NPV of this project gives a positive value of $ 124,479.62, which indicates that the project or investment is suitable. For this project IRR is 84.13%, this being satisfactory value for the project, the time it would take to recover the original investment would be 1 year, 2 months and 24 days, for this project, the sensitivity values are less than one, therefore not affecting the project changes in costs and increased revenues decreased 33.7% and 22.5%, respectively, ie the project is not sensitive to these changes. Among the most significant findings and recommendations have, that the market study developed in the province of El Oro, determines that the project can and should be run by the results obtained in the analysis of supply and demand. It has been shown that there is considerable unmet demand for the product to be developed, which with the implementation of our company, 70% full, it will cover 22.72%. At this product to be known in the market, while having a strong competition requires a permanent campaign is implemented using existing facilities as noted by our marketing proposal

Abstract: The new specification for seismic isolation technology promulgate is putting forward new requirements for construction project engineering and technical personnel of the participation of all parties. The seismic isolation technology is one of the damping control technology, but the engineering structure damping control is the frontier field of the civil structural control. Research on development and present situation of the building structure damping control theories, and compare with the traditional aseismic theories are more prominent superiority and applicability of the building structure damping control theories. It is great significance of promotion and application about damping control technology, and it is helpful to the engineering technical personnel in the future work better application.
