TL;DR: In this paper, an integrated composite-layer saggar, comprising a saggar bottom and saggar wall, is proposed to improve the thermal shock resistance of saggar by reasonably mounting expansion joints on the saggars bottom and wall, thus efficiently prolonging the service life of the sagger and improving the yield of electronic components when sintering.
Abstract: The utility model discloses an integrated composite-layer saggar, comprising a saggar bottom and a saggar wall; the saggar bottom and the saggar wall at least comprise a substrate and an isolated layer positioned above the substrate for preventing high temperature diffusion of substrate substance to products inside the saggar, and the substrate of the saggar is integrally connected with the substrate of the saggar wall, the isolated layer of the saggar is integrally connected with the isolated layer of the saggar, the substrates use silicon carbide (SiC) material, and the isolated layers use inorganic oxide material. In the utility model, the silicon carbide material of the substrates is extended to the saggar wall from the bottom of the saggar, the strengthen of the saggar wall is increased, thereby avoiding saggar wall fracture and exfoliation such as breakage easily occurring in the use of the saggar and improving the thermal shock resistance of saggar by reasonably mounting expansion joints on the saggar bottom and the saggar wall, thus efficiently prolonging the service life of the sagger and improving the yield of electronic components when sintering.

TL;DR: In this article, a lithium battery material roasting saggar is presented, which can effectively solve the problems that the structure of a saggar in the prior art suffers great stress and crackles are easily generated.
Abstract: The utility model discloses a lithium battery material roasting saggar which can effectively solve the problems that the structure of a saggar in the prior art suffers great stress and crackles are easily generated. The lithium battery material roasting saggar comprises a bottom surface and lateral walls. A recessed cavity for roasting is enclosed by the lateral walls and the bottom surface. Arc transitions exit among the lateral walls and between the lateral walls and the bottom surface. The lithium battery material roasting saggar has the advantages that the saggar is easily formed, the structural stress and the forming stress of the saggar are reduced, crackles are not easy to be generated, the service life of the saggar is prolonged, the production cost is reduced, and the product quality is remarkably improved.
