Abstract: The invention discloses a microwave heating bell kiln which comprises a kiln body (1), a heat preservation system (2), a microwave energy-feedback system (3), a microwave source system (4), a cooling water system (5), an exhaust gas recycling and vacuum system (6), a temperature measuring system (7), a dehumidifying and air exhaust system (8), an atmosphere system (9), a microwave sealing system (10), a control system (11), an elevator and a support tightening mechanism (12), a machine rack platform (13), a saggar (14), a movable carrying trolley (15), a movable track (16), a kiln cover system (17), a kiln pipe system (18) and the like. Microwave sealing devices are respectively arranged in connecting positions of the parts of the whole kiln. The microwave heating bell kiln of the invention has the advantages of fast heating-up speed, high quality of processed materials, high heating matching performance and high energy efficiency.

Abstract: The invention provides a manufacturing technology of ultra-low carbon active lime. Limestones are arranged in a saggar, and the granularity of the limestones ranges from 5 to 15mm; the saggar is arranged on a push plate; the saggar supported by the push plate enters a roller way-type double push plate electric tunnel sintering furnace protected by chlorine gas; and low carbon lime is produced through preheating, calcination and cooling of a kiln body. The carbon content of lime that is produced by adopting the manufacturing technology is within 0.1 percent, the calcium content can reach 90 to 96 percent, the activity degree ranges from 390 to 430mL, and the refining decarburization and denitrogenation technologies of a RH (Ruhrstahl and Heraeus companies) refining furnace can be satisfied when high grade silicon steel, pipeline steel and ultra-low carbon steel are smelted.
