Abstract: The utility model discloses a kiln saggar for producing electrode powder materials for lithium-ion secondary batteries. The saggar is a box with a polygonal bottom surface and comprises the polygonal bottom surface and a plurality of vertical side walls, the vertical side walls are positioned at the edges of the polygonal bottom surface, the top surface of the saggar is opened, air vents are arranged at the top ends of the side walls, and the saggar further comprises horizontal grooves which are positioned on at least two side walls. By the aid of the saggar of the structure, during process production, a clamping device can be used for clamping the saggar through the grooves on the side walls of the saggar, so that the defect that a saggar cannot be clamped at the high temperature in the prior art is overcome, batch movement of multiple saggars is facilitated, and further production efficiency is improved effectively.

Abstract: Provided is a bone china bisque firing suit saggar. The bone china bisque firing suit saggar comprises a saggar base and a suit barrel body. The saggar base is open-ended and a conical barrel shaped body with a trapezoid-shaped cross section. The suit barrel body is connected on the top of the saggar base. The wall thickness of the suit barrel body increases gradually from top to bottom. The wall thickness of the upper end is 7cm smaller than 11cm which is the wall thickness of the lower end. The bone china bisque firing suit saggar is provided with a single saggar and has the advantages of being capable of bisque firing multiple products, higher in yield, lower in energy consumption, lower in equipment investment and the like.

Abstract: The utility model relates to a burning saggar used for burning NTC (negative temperature coefficient) thermistor electrode plates. The burning case comprises a long saggar body and a rectangular top cover which are made of yttria-stabilized zirconia materials. Two ventilating grooves arranged oppositely are arranged on a side wall of the long end of the long saggar body, height of a side wall of the wide end of the long saggar body is lower than the side wall of the long end, and a long ventilating groove is formed. When in use of the burning saggar, after the NTC thermistor electrode plates are flatly placed in the long saggar body, the rectangular top cover is covered on the long saggar body, heat is directly prevented from radiating to the electrode plate, deformation caused by exposed burn permeability of the electrode plates is effectively eliminated, and adhesion of the electrode plates and burning materials can also be avoided. Since the ventilating grooves and the long ventilating groove are arranged around the burning saggar, ventilation and heat conduction radiation are uniform, and consistency of resistivity and B-value of NTC thermal sensitive ceramics can be effectively enhanced. By the aid of the burning saggar, yield of burning permeability electrode plates can be over 99.5%.
