Abstract: Abstract. The Commission has ruled that priority is maintained for Streptopelia risoria (Linnaeus, 1758), the specific name of the ringed turtle-dove (ringed dove; barbary dove). A proposal to conserve its junior subjective synonym Streptopelia roseogrisea (Sundevall, 1857), the specific name of the African collared dove, was not approved.

TL;DR: The numbers and species of the birds in the campus of Northwest AF University were investigated by route survey and showed that there were 33 bird species, which belonged to eight orders, Twenty-three species were residents, eight were summer migrants and two were passing migrants.
Abstract: The numbers and species of the birds in the campus of Northwest AF University were investigated by route survey.The results showed that there were 33 bird species in the campus,which belonged to eight orders,twenty-one families respectively.Of these birds,twenty-three species were residents,eight were summer migrants and two were passing migrants.There were many dominant species in the north division of the compus,such as spotted dove(Streptopelia chinensis),azure-winged magpie(Cyanopica cyana),black bird(Turdus merula),tree sparrow (Passer montanus) and barn swallow(Hirundo rustica),etc;and red-rumped swallow(H.daurica),white-cheeked starling(Stumus cineraceus),grey-capped greenfinch(Carduelis sinica),spotted dove(S.chinensis) and tree sparrow (P.montanus),were found in the south division of the compus.
