Abstract: A radio diagnosis device for car faults includes: a host including a CPU, a supply module, a radio communication module, an input module, a display module, a test card and a printer, the diagnosis test box including a general interface circuit, a primary CPU, a slave CPU, a program storage, a data storage amd a radio communication module, in which, the host is separated with the box, which is connected with a special diagnosis base in communication, the host and the box communicate by the radio communication module to realize data exchange and transmission and the host touch screen inputs instructions to realize test to different kinds of cars and the color LCD displays the result.

A test card for quality control analysis is also described, where the test card includes a plurality of attached test strip traces.

Abstract: The invention discloses a PCI test card, which comprises the following parts: signal generator, datum clock generator, phase-locked loop, control circuit and display unit, wherein the signal generator produces the needed test signal; the datum clock generator forms the datum clock signal; the phase-locked loop divides the datum clock signal into several phases equally, which moves the signal forwards or backwards once or several phases; the display unit displays the present moving signal; the control circuit generates the control signal and phase moving direction and number. The invention can test the establishing time and keep the time limit directly, which improves the test precision and efficiency.

The said two cards are composed of series sequence of figures of brightness as 100uN or 0uN in any shape with gaps according to certain rule. The said figures are repeating back and forth moved in constant speed on background in brightness as 100uN or 0uN integrally and periodically. Based on the position of the gap, which is not full covered by tail, measuring personnel determines the time needed for moving the gap so as to obtain trailing time of moving image. Features are: simple, convenience, quick, and direct.

The test card can test all SD, MMC, MS (Pro), SMC devices and functions in one time in a bench without inserting and removing the media devices, thus accelerates the production line test speed.

Abstract: There is provided an ID card manufacturing method employing an IC card capable of pre-adjusting an ID card issuing device using an IC card at a reasonable cost and performing reproducible adjustment. A test card is also provided. The ID card manufacturing method employs an IC card (600) holding an electronic part having and IC chip and an antenna via adhesive between a first sheet member and a second sheet member. An ID card (602) is manufactured by an ID card issuing device (601) having a convey step and a print step. The convey characteristic and/or printing characteristic are evaluated by using a test card (610) and the ID card issuing device is adjusted in advance. The test card is preferably such that the first sheet member is attached to the second sheet member via adhesive and the electronic part is not held, and an identification surface recording layer is present.
