Abstract: A microfluidic-based lab-on-a-test card is described. The test card is used with a point-of-care (POC) analyzer. The test card is designed to receive a sample and then, with the use of the POC analyzer, quantify or count a particular substance in the sample. The test card may be comprised of multiple layers. In one embodiment, the test card includes a primary separation chamber with a filtration surface, a trapping channel, and a particle detector. The test card may also include a nanowire sensor.

Abstract: The invention discloses a digital and analog mixed signal chip test card. A chip test circuit on the test card comprises an interface module, a configuration chip, an FPGA processing module and an analog-to-digital conversion module, the interface module is connected with the FPGA processing module through a bus, the FPGA processing module connected with the configuration chip is connected with the analog-to-digital conversion module and a tested chip carrier through a control end respectively, and is connected with the tested chip carrier through a digital signal output end, an analog signal output end of the tested chip carrier is connected with an input end of the analog-to-digital conversion module, a data clock signal and a state signal of the tested chip carrier are connected with the FPGA processing module respectively, a control end of the analog-to-digital conversion module is connected with the tested chip carrier, and an output end of the analog-to-digital conversion module is connected with a digital signal input end of the FPGA processing module. The test card has reasonable design, has the characteristics of steady performance, quick test speed, high efficiency, flexible and convenient use and the like, and realizes the test function for digital and analog mixed signal chips.

Abstract: The invention discloses a probe card used for chip test, comprising a logic tester interface and a storage tester interface, which are respectively connected with a probe through a common testing channel, and a testing communication channel is connected therebetween. The invention also provides a testing method of the probe, for switching and controlling the logic test and the storage test. According to the invention, the interfaces of the logic tester and the storage tester are arranged on one test card, the common testing channel and the testing communication channel are arranged in the inside of the two interfaces, thereby completing testing under the condition of only one needle for the items requiring a plurality of platforms for testing.

The device has the advantages of short detection time, stable full-blood separation effect, and convenient, rapid and accurate operation.

The test method comprises the following steps: a sample is added into a sample hole of the test card; the test card is inserted into a multifunctional magnetic immune protein analyzer; the multifunctional magnetic immune protein analyser scans and analyzes magnetism change of a test region and a quality control region of the test card after reaction is completed; and the concentration of components to be tested is tested. The invention has the advantages of combing the modern physics principle and the biological technology principle to develop and produce the magnetism test method, and having the characteristics of high sensitivity, strong flexibility, low interference, economy, practicability, and the like.

The test card is simulated into external cards with various functions by utilizing the coordination between the programmable device and the external clamping pins with various specifications to substitute various external function cards for tests.

Abstract: The invention relates to a multi-probe probe test card for narrow test keys, wherein two sides of the probe test card are provided with at least two rows of corresponding probes which are connected with the metal wires leaded out from the channel of the probe test card. The structure of the multi-probe probe test card can improve the contact area among the probes and the test keys, to resolve the instable resistance test problem of metal wires and contact windows caused by the decrease of probe pressure, thereby avoiding failing to enter probes into test keys.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interface board testing device and an interface board testing method which can test an interface board in a short period of time, and obtain an appropriate test result independently of analog characteristics of a member stored in a slot. SOLUTION: A test card 33 loaded on a slot instead of a storage device loaded on a slot generates test data, and transmits the generated test data to an interface board 30, and receives response data from the interface board 30, and compares the transmitted test data with the received response data, and determines whether the test data and the response data are matched with each other.
