TL;DR: In this paper, the reaction rates of NO+ and its hydrates, NO+· n H2O(n=1-3), with water were measured in a flow system.
Abstract: Reaction rates of NO+ and its hydrates, NO+· n H2O(n=1–3), with water were measured in a flow system. The mechanism for conversion of NO+ hydrates to H3O+ hydrates was confirmed, and rate constants for the sequence of six clustering, redissociation, and rearrangement reactions were determined for each of the four carrier gases He, Ar, N2, and O2.

TL;DR: A precise description of a highly stable tetrahedrally hydrogen-bonded decameric water cluster containing OH rings is given in this paper, which demonstrates the clustering phenomenon in Erlander's structural model of water.
Abstract: A precise atomic description of a highly stable tetrahedrally hydrogen bonded decameric water cluster containing OH … OH … OH rings demonstrates “cluster aggregation,” a phenomenon postulated in Erlander's structural model of water.
