Evaluation of in-vitro anthelminthic activity of catharanthus roseus extract

TL;DR: Ethanol extract of Catharanthus roseus showed significant anthelminthic activity against Pheretima posthuma, and Ethanol extract also proved to be efficient than the standard drug.
Journal Article

Anthelmintic activity of pyrostegia venusta using pheretima posthuma

TL;DR: This investigation revealed that chloroform extract was more effective in its anthelmintic action against Pheretima posthuma when compared to methanolic extract, but both the extracts were less potent when compared with standard drug piperazine citrate.
Journal ArticleDOI

Evaluation of in vitro anthelminthic activity of Leucas aspera extracts

TL;DR: This investigation revealed that ethanol extract of Leucas aspera showed significant anthelminthic activity against Pheretima posthuma when compared aqueous extract and Ethanol extract also proved to be efficient than the standard drug.

A STUDY ON ANTHELMINTHIC ACTIVITY OF TINOSPORA CORDIFOLIA EXTRACTS Research Article

TL;DR: This investigation revealed that ethanol extract of T. cordifolia showed significant anthelminthic activity against Pheretima posthuma when compared aqueous extract and Ethanol extract also proved to be efficient than the standard drug.
Journal ArticleDOI

Anthelminthic Activity of Annona reticulata Seed Extracts

TL;DR: In this article, an exploratory study was conducted to evaluate the anthelminthic activity of A. reticulata seeds extracts against Pheretima posthuma, and the results indicated that the ethanolic extract was a more potent an-thelmin-thic agent compared with chloroform extract but less potent when compared with the standard drug.
