Phytophthora pachypleura sp. nov., a new species causing root rot of Aucuba japonica and other ornamentals in the United Kingdom
TL;DR: In the phylogenetic analysis based on three nuclear (ITS, β-tubulin, EF-1α) and two mitochondrial (cox1, nadh1) DNA regions, Phytophthora pachypleura formed a distinct clade within the ‘P. citricola complex’ with P. acerina as its closest relatives.

Historical biogeography of the austral hornwort genus phaeomegaceros (dendrocerotaceae, anthocerotophyta)
Gabriel Felipe Peñaloza-Bojacá,A. M. Pérez Sierra,Hannes Becher,Karen S. Renzaglia,A Juan Carlos Villarreal +4 more
TL;DR: The phylogenetic relationships and biogeographical history of the austral hornwort genus Phaeomegaceros based on eight molecular markers from the three genomes were addressed in this paper .
