Small polaron hopping in spinel manganates
TL;DR: In this paper, the temperature dependence of small polaron hopping conduction in ceramic spinel NiMn_(2)O_(4+δ) thermistor material has been investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI
I-V characteristics of carbon black-loaded crystalline polyethylene
TL;DR: In this paper, the I-V characteristics of carbon black-loaded crystalline polyethylene were investigated at room temperature and at few degrees above the melting temperature, Tm.
Journal ArticleDOI
Photoluminescence study of a bulk vapour grown CdTe crystal
TL;DR: In this article, low-temperature photoluminescence has been used to profile the distribution of impurities and defects through a CdTe boule grown at 700°C by the new “multi-tube” vapour growth technique.
Journal ArticleDOI
Preparation of ZnO films by spray pyrolysis
TL;DR: In this paper, a spray pyrolysis of zinc acetylacetonate monohydrate (Zn(acac) 2.H 2 O) to produce undoped ZnO films was investigated between 100 and 400°C. Spray trials were conducted in both dry conditions and with excess water.
Journal ArticleDOI
A novel “multi-tube” vapour growth system and its application to the growth of bulk crystals of cadmium telluride
TL;DR: In this article, a multi-tube structure is proposed to separate the source and growth regions of a vapour transport system into separate vertical furnaces connected by a horizontal transport passage, where a flow restrictor regulates the mass flow and decouples it from the source-sink temperature difference.
