Impedance studies on plasticized PMMA-LiX [X: CF3SO3−, N(CF3SO2)2−] polymer electrolytes
Ab Malik Marwan Ali,Muhd Zu Azhan Yahya,Hadariah Bahron,Ri Hanum Yahaya Subban,Mohamad Kamal Harun,I. Atan +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, the electrical properties of poly(methylmethacrylate) (PMMA) and poly(propylene carbonate) (PC) with LiX (X: CF 3 SO 3 − or N(CF 3 SO 2 ) 2 − ) were investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI
The role and impact of rubber in poly(methyl methacrylate)/lithium triflate electrolyte
TL;DR: In this article, a thin freestanding films of poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA)/50% epoxidised natural rubber (ENR 50) were doped with lithium triflate, LiCF3SO3 salt was prepared by a solvent casting method.
Journal ArticleDOI
Grafted natural rubber-based polymer electrolytes: ATR-FTIR and conductivity studies
Ab Malik Marwan Ali,Ri Hanum Yahaya Subban,Hadariah Bahron,Tan Winie,Famiza Abd Latif,Muhd Zu Azhan Yahya +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of propylene carbonate on the ionic conductivity of 30% methyl-grafted natural rubber (MG30), lithium trifluromethanesulfonate (LiCF3SO3 or LiTF), and propylene Carbonate (PC) was investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI
Electrochemical studies on epoxidised natural rubber-based gel polymer electrolytes for lithium-air cells
Syafawati Nadiah Mohamed,N. A. Johari,Ab Malik Marwan Ali,Mohamad Kamal Harun,Muhd Zu Azhan Yahya +4 more
TL;DR: Gel polymer electrolyte films comprised of 50% epoxidised natural rubber polymer host, lithium triflate salt (LiCF3SO3), and ethylene carbonate (EC) or propylene carbonates (PC) plasticizer are prepared using the solution-casting technique AC impedance studies show that electrical conductivity of the electrolytes is dependent on both the salt and plasticizer concentrations.
Journal ArticleDOI
Polyethylene oxide (PEO)–ammonium sulfate ((NH4)2SO4) complexes and electrochemical cell performance
TL;DR: In this article, the PEO-(NH 4 ) 2 SO 4 systems with different NH 4 + /EO ratio have been prepared by the solution-cast technique and investigated by X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy and impedance spectrography.
