TL;DR: In this article , it was shown that the problem of scheduling processes while meeting deadlines can be modeled as a single-machine job scheduling problem with release times, deadlines, preemption and family setup times, which is known to be NP-hard.

Engineering Defect Transition-Levels through the van der Waals Heterostructure C
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors demonstrate that the defect levels created by a cation vacancy in a monolayer of MoS₂ can be tuned to a shallow level by heterostructuring it with a monoline of WS, while maintaining their structural and compositional integrity intact.
