This paper provides an overview of the law and a statute regarding the notary’s responsibility toward the authenticity of credit bank guarantee in Indonesia, and compares them with those of other nations, including the United States of America and Germany. This study uses a combination of primary and secondary sources to assess the current state of the notary responsibility situation regarding banks and the financial lending world in general and employs a normative or doctrinal approach that views laws as a system of norms. The functions of notaries in Indonesia are different from those performed by notaries in some other countries, the notaries play different roles and participate in many formalities: a) a function in credit banking bind guarantees that not only allow people to feel comfortable with their transactions, but also increase public trust in the whole banking system; b) personal and material guarantees. In transacting any deeds, including credit bank guarantees, the notary is responsible for the authenticity of the physical, formal and material aspects of the deed; c) the binding of collateral objects; d) a function in binding banking credit guarantees. Also, notaries have the risk of illegal jurisdiction of a banking credit guarantee deed. Notaries in Indonesia have different roles compared to other countries, including the United States of America and Germany. Notaries play an important role in increasing economic growth, especially through their responsibility for the authenticity of credit bank guarantees activity and they add to the overall body of knowledge.

Beberapa aktifitas informasi katalog, pemesanan dan lainnya lebih mudah diakses dengan perangkat mobile . Sehingga perlu adanya tambahan teknologi alternatif untuk mendukung official website. Teknologi ini berupa aplikasi mobile berbasis Android. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi mobile berbasis Android ini dilaksanakan dengan tiga tahapan, yaitu: pengambilan data, perancangan, dan sosialisasi serta implementasi. Hasil akhir yang diperoleh adalah terbentuknya aplikasi Android yang dapat diakses lewat Google Playstore. Selain itu juga meningkatkan promosi produk dari CV Putra Nugraha. Dimana dengan naiknya promosi produk akan dapat meningkatkan jumlah pendapatan dari CV Putra Nugraha.

The purpose of this study is to study and analyze the effectiveness of the pleaqs submitted by the accused as the perpetrator of the crime of murder in the trial process. In this research, the writer used sociological juridical method with the research specification in the form of descriptive analysis. The data used for this research are primary and secondary data. Based on the results of the research which concluded that in the analysis of the trial process of the verdict in the murder case with the perpetrator Hamim in accordance with the series of decisions Number: 73 / PID.B / 2015 / PN.Kds, the Judge gave a heavier verdict than the prosecutor's demands by using 2 (Article), each of which causes a different victim, namely the victim who died and was seriously injured in Article 338 of the Criminal Code and Article 351 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.

Pendekatan rezim anti pencucian uang, pengejaran uang (follow the money) terhadap hasil kejahatan merupakan cara mudah dan efektif dalam mengungkap kejahatan dan pelakunya. Kewenangan PPATK menjadi sangat penting dan perlu pengaturan kelembagaan yang kuat. Lahirnya UU No. 8 Tahun 2010 tentang pencegahaan dan pemberantasan tindak pidana pencucian uang telah memberikan kewenangan yang lebih strategis kepada PPATK. Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan adalah lembaga independen yang dibentuk dalam rangka mencegah dan memberantas tindak pidana pencucian uang. (PPATK) memegang peran utama dalam mekanisme komunikasi dan koordinasi antara lembaga yang terlibat dalam upaya menegakan rezim anti pencucian uang di Indonesia. PPATK dengan pihak pelapor mewajibkan pihak pelapor Penyedia Jasa Keuangan (PJK) menyampaikan tiga jenis laporan ke PPATK, yaitu Laporan Transaksi Keuangan  yang Mencurigakan (LTKM), Laporan Transaksi Keuangan Tunai (LTKT) dan transaksi transfer dana elektronis internasional (Internasional Fund Transfer Instruction) . PPATK menyerahkan Hasil Pemeriksaaan kepada Penyidik untuk dilakukan penyidikan.

Kewenangan ppatk dalam pencegahan dan pemberantasan tindak pidana pencucian uang

The purpose of this research is to study and analyze manifestation of criminal sanctions in the process of prosecuting the perpetrator of a criminal offense due to negligence (Culpa). In this study the authors used sociological juridical methods with descriptive research specifications. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. Based on the results of the research, the conclusion is that in case No.207 / Pid.Sus / 2019 / PNClcp, it is in accordance with the provisions of both formal criminal law and material criminal law and the conditions that can be convicted of a defendant, this is based on trial examination, where the evidence submitted by the public prosecutor, including the testimony of the witnesses which are compatible with the statement of the defendant who honestly admitted to the act he had committed, the Panel of Judges at the Cilacap District Court in the case stated that the elements of the defendant's actions matched the formulation of the offense contained in Article 310 paragraph (4) of Act No. 22 of 2009 on Traffic and Road Transportation.

Crime theft is usually influenced by several factors, such as livelihoods with neatly organized networks or syndicates or some that do so due to economic pressures that force the offender to commit the crime because in his mind there is no longer a way out other than stealing. The formulation of the problem in this research is What is the judge's judgment policy in deciding cases of theft based on criminal destinations in the Draft Law of the Criminal Code, and in Act No. 48 On judicial power ?. The method of approach used is sociological juridical. This type of research is descriptive method. Source of data used from primary and secondary data. In this case the judge in providing a criminal decision must provide the benefit of the convicted person to undergo his conviction and life after leaving the prison to return to the community again. Because the provision of an unfair criminal will affect the survival of the convicted person. The purpose of punishment is as a judge's consideration in deciding the theft of criminal case which is supported by a juridical element in Article 56 of the Criminal Code Bill, and Act No.48 of 2009 On Judicial Power in Article 5 paragraph (1) and Article 8 paragraph (2). Judgment Considerations Policy In Decree Of The Court Criminal Statement Based On Criminal Destination

The implementation of principles of identifying service user s and suspicious financial transaction report submission for profession aims to prevent money laundering offense by postponing transaction, blocking, investigating and temporarily suspending transaction which is carried out by PPATK (Financial Transaction Reporting and Analysis Center) . The method used in this study wa s juridical normative or legal doctrinal research, which is a legal research using secondary data conducted by emphasizing and juridical aspect s . Legal-normative research is a library research, which is a research on secondary data including private documents, books, and official documents issued by government. The normative approach emphasize d juridical issues regarding the legal rules on money laundering offense. The result of the study of the implementation of the principles in identifying service users regarding the prevention and eradication of money laundering offense isidentifyingservice user while having a business relationship involving suspicious financial transaction related to money laundering offense. The inform ant questions the validity of information provided by the service user, which necessitate the implementation of the principle of identifying the service user in carrying out banking transaction. The factors promoting the occurrence of money laundering offense in various countries consist of 9 aspects , namely: globalization, technological advancement, banks’ strict secrecy policy, the possibility of saving using an alias or anonymou s , the emergence of electronic money, the possibility of layering practice, the confidentiality of lawyer-client and accountant-client relationships, the government unseriousness in eradicating money laundering offense and the lack of money laundering criminalization.

Implementation of principles in identifying service users regarding the prevention and eradication of money laundering offense

This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of enforcement by the Traffic through ticketed to the people who violate traffic in the jurisdiction of Police Pekalongan and analyze barriers to enforcement by the Traffic Police Pekalongan against people who commit traffic violations, as well as the solution. The method used is empirical juridical approach or in other words the socio-juridical. Specifications research is descriptive. In this study the analysis used is qualitative analysis. The results of this study were: 1) The enforcement of the law by speeding ticket Satlantas through to the people who violate traffic in the jurisdiction of Police Pekalongan have been effective. Law enforcement jurisdiction over a speeding ticket in Pekalongan Police can provide a deterrent effect against traffic offenders, violations be reduced and the number of traffic accidents decreased. 2) Obstacles and solutions enforcement by the Traffic Police Pekalongan against people who commit traffic violations include: Offenders traffic still does not have a deterrent effect because until now there are many traffic violations, the lack of personnel in the line of duty, inadequate number of vehicles Pekalongan is owned by traffic Police, there are still people who do not know about the traffic rules, there is still a cultural one, that there are parents that when her son gets ranking in school, then bought a motorcycle as a gift. The solutions or efforts made to overcome obstacles in enforcement by the Traffic Police Pekalongan: Enforcing the law indiscriminately through seminars and trainings, submitted a letter to the leaders for additional personnel, proposed the budget and facilities and amenities, add socialization schedule traffic rules, instilling a culture of orderly traffic among early age. Traffic Effectiveness by Law Enforcement Community Through Which are Ticketed Traffic Law in Police of Pekalongan

The purpose of this study was to: 1) Analyze the dispute resolution on dual certificates in the National Land Agency Indramayu district, 2) Barriers and Solutions Upon completion of Certificate Associate at the National Land Agency Indramayu district. The approach used in this paper is empirical sociological juridical with the help of primary data or empirical data as the main data. Sociological research empirical law is a legal research methods that identify and conceptualize law as a social institution rill and functional in a real life system. The data collection was obtained by interview and literature. The data were analyzed qualitatively normative. The research results are: 1). Settlement of disputes over double certificates in the National Land Agency Indramayu district that summons to the parties to the dispute to mediation. If mediation is not successful then the case was continued with the proceedings. The process of settlement is with the trial. Aspects that influence the judge determines the choice of action in the resolution of a dispute ie double certificate in terms of proof, because the facts and events as the principal case will be known judge from the evidence submitted by the parties to the dispute 2). Obstacles in solving the double certificate in Indramayu district that is party to the dispute does not come in mediation, data submitted on the land question is not clear, each party wants to win the case and the importance of their own interests. Solutions that can be done is the mediator to give some advice to the parties so that more can cooperate in following the legal process, so that the process can be completed justice and it takes a long time. Dispute over Double Certificate on the National Land Agency of Indramayu District

The purpose of this study was to: 1) Determine the implementation of binding guarantee term deposit certificate as collateral credit on the loan agreement. 2) The role of the notary in binding guarantee term deposit certificate as collateral on the loan agreement. 3) Analyze the challenges and solutions for binding guarantee term deposit certificate as collateral credit on the loan agreement (case study in Kanca BRI Blora). The method is a juridical sociological approach to the specification of descriptive analytical research. Sources of data obtained through interviews and literature. Based on the research results implementation binding guarantee slip deposits as collateral on the loan agreement in BRI Blora starting from the stage of the loan application, the stage of the agreement and the making of the loan agreement, the stage of a deed binding guarantee deposit slip, the submission phase objects assurance, the stage of the authorization, and blocking stage or in the event of default. In binding guarantee term deposit certificate as collateral on the loan agreement in Kanca BRI Blora, Notary make a letter of agreement and binding guarantee deposit slips. Barriers just a lack of understanding about people who do the will of credit, so the solution the Bank must give a detailed explanation before binding treaty process.
