Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis, biological evaluation and molecular docking of novel pyrazole derivatives as potent carbonic anhydrase and acetylcholinesterase inhibitors.
TL;DR: A series of substituted pyrazole compounds were synthesized and their structure was characterized by IR, NMR, and Mass analysis and emerged as effective inhibitors of the cytosolic carbonic anhydrase I and II isoforms and acetylcholinesterase enzymes with Ki values in the range of 1.23-22.65 ± 5.36 µM.
Journal ArticleDOI
Some pyrazoles derivatives: Potent carbonic anhydrase, α-glycosidase, and cholinesterase enzymes inhibitors.
TL;DR: A series of substituteed pyrazol‐4‐yl‐diazene derivatives were found to be effective inhibitors against α‐glycosidase, cytosolic carbonic anhydrase I and II isoforms, butyrylcholinesterase, and acetylcholsterase with Ki values in the range of 33.72 ± 7.93 to 90.52 nM.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis, characterization, molecular docking and biological activities of novel pyrazoline derivatives.
TL;DR: The inhibition profile of the new pyrazoline compounds at the receptors was determined and these compounds were effective inhibitor compounds of the human carbonic anhydrase I and II isozymes and of the acetylcholinesterase (AChE) enzyme.
Journal ArticleDOI
Pyrazole[3,4-d]pyridazine derivatives: Molecular docking and explore of acetylcholinesterase and carbonic anhydrase enzymes inhibitors as anticholinergics potentials.
Parham Taslimi,Fikret Türkan,Adnan Cetin,Hakan Burhan,Muhammet Karaman,İshak Bildirici,İlhami Gülçin,Fatih Şen +7 more
TL;DR: The literature survey demonstrates that coumarin, 1,2-pyrazole benzothiazole, and 1,3- thiazole scaffolds are the most versatile class of molecules.
Journal ArticleDOI
A study on synthesis and antimicrobial activity of 4-acyl-pyrazoles
Adnan Cetin,İshak Bildirici +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper, 4-Acyl-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acids (1) were synthesized via the reaction of 4-acyl-2,3-furandiones (F) with hydrazone (1-benzylidene-2-(2,5-dimethyl-phenyl)-hydrazine) by heating under solid phase and their acid chlorides were obtained.
