Two-echelon fuzzy stochastic supply chain for the manufacturer---buyer integrated production---inventory system
TL;DR: This paper deals with two-echelon integrated procurement production model for the manufacturer and the buyer integrated inventory system, and proposes an algorithm to derive the optimal policies for both parties in fuzzy stochastic environment.
Journal ArticleDOI
An EOQ model with fuzzy inflation rate and fuzzy deterioration rate when a delay in payment is permissible
Sujit Kumar De,Adrijit Goswami +1 more
TL;DR: This study develops an EOQ model with a fuzzy inflation rate and fuzzy deterioration rate, and a delay in payment is also permissible, and the corresponding fuzzy cost function is derived.
Journal ArticleDOI
An Enhanced Biometric Authentication Scheme for Telecare Medicine Information Systems with Nonce Using Chaotic Hash Function
Ashok Kumar Das,Adrijit Goswami +1 more
TL;DR: This paper proposes a novel and secure biometric-based remote user authentication scheme that is secure against passive and active attacks, including the replay and man-in-the-middle attacks and is also efficient as compared to Awasthi-Srivastava’s scheme.
Journal ArticleDOI
A continuous review production–inventory system in fuzzy random environment: Minmax distribution free procedure
TL;DR: An EPQ model in stochastic framework is developed, wherein the distribution function of demand is unknown, but the mean and variance are known and the cost function is mathematically analyzed and a heuristic procedure to find the global optimum is proposed.
Journal ArticleDOI
A joint economic-lot-size model for purchaser and vendor in fuzzy sense
TL;DR: In this paper, a group of computing schemas for joint economic lot size as fuzzy values of the economic lot sizing model for purchaser and vendor were investigated, and the fuzzy order quantity/production lot size for the purchaser/vendor was expressed as the normal triangular fuzzy number (q"1, q"0, q'2) and then the aforementioned optimization problem was solved under the condition 0 < q"1 < q'0 < q''2.
