Sistem manajemen software merupakan sistem yang akan dibangun dengan tujuan untuk melakukan pencatatan seluruh produk software yang dikembang oleh perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang perangkat lunak. Semakin banyaknya pelanggan yang menggunakan produk tersebut akan lebih memudahkan jika perusahaan mempunyai sebuah sistem yang bisa diakses secara realtime dan mencatat seluruh data-data penting software dan pelanggan serta menampilkan hal penting lainnya untuk menjaga hak cipta atas software tersebut diserta garansi yang diberikan. Konsep Model View Contoller atau biasa disingkat dengan MVC merupakan sebuah arsitektur dimana proses pada sistem dipisah menjadi tiga bagian dengan tugas-tugas dan tanggungjawab masing-masing bagian. Konsep ini lebih memudahkan programmer dalam mengatur query database, manajemen kode, validasi data dan keamanan. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP sedangkan untuk DBMS sistem dibangun menggunakan database MySQL. Percetakan Cubic Art merupakan salah satu bidang usaha yang bergerak dibidang jasa percetakan. Dalam usahanya, Percetakan Cubic Art memiliki banyak menemui kendala. Permasalahan yang menjadi fokus utamanya adalah sistem penjualan yang dilakukan masih secara konvensional yaitu hanya terpacu pada draft pemesanan konsumen, pencatatan nota transaksi dan penyerahan laporan yang hanya berupa kumpulan nota transaksi saja. Sehubungan dengan masalah tersebut, maka Percetakan Cubic Art membutuhkan sistem aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah dalam mengelola sistem penjualan. Sistem aplikasi ini dirancang dengan Framework CodeIgniter dengan bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai database. Pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode waterfall dengan pemodelan pengembangan sistem yaitu UML (Unified Modeling Language). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi literatur. Dengan adanya rancang bangun aplikasi sistem penjualan ini, dapat membantu Percetakan Cubic Art dalam mengatasi permasalahan terkait sistem penjualan, sistem penjualan menjadi efektif dan efisien serta menjadi nilai tambah pada sistem aplikasi ini yaitu konsumen dapat mengecek status pemesanan.

The research case study was conducted at the logistics company PT. Buana Centra Swakarsa, one of whose business units is trucking, where supervision and control of transportation fees (Uang Jalan Operasional UJO) must be carried out properly so as not to interfere with the company's cash flow. Along with the development of the trucking business, the company's data processing must be done systematically, stored in a database with an integrated system so that data storage and data retrieval processes can be done more easily and accurately. In running the trucking business unit, PT. Buana Centra Swakarsa performs data processing of transportation fees (UJO) and revenue using spreadsheets Ms. Excel. Processing data like this, results in reports to manager or management that are not realtime, billing to customers is often late, recruitment of drivers and assigning jobs to drivers is not transparent. It is necessary to develop a computer-based information system to overcome these problems. Apart from the problems above, the process in this trucking system also often changes because it adapts to the contract or customer needs. In the future, changes in business processes or system development will inevitably occur. The development of this system requires a large amount of effort for the programmer to carry out program maintenance or repairs. An idea emerged to develop a system using the MVC (Model-View-Controller) concept so that program maintenance and adding modules would be easier and faster, especially if the programmer had to resign. In this research, the author will use the MVC concept with the Codeigniter framework. The methodology used to collect and analyze data is Research and Development (R & D) by collecting reports that are used by users, observation and interviews. The software development method used in a series of software development activities is the Waterfall Model and business process modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language).

The learning process in Darul Ishlah Vocational High School is not optimal, student learning outcomes have not reached optimal, monotonous learning media, limited learning time, and delays in the learning process if the teacher concerned is unable to attend are the main things behind the research. Darul Ishlah Vocational High School require an innovative learning media that can be used to implement learning both face-to-face and online. So that the learning that is carried out can run as it should and the rate of student learning can increase and be able to explore the material provided by teacher and be able to increase student interest and learning outcomes in accordance with the targets set by the school. Therefore, one of the efforts to increase the effectiveness of learning that can be done is to implement a Learning Management System by combining face-to-face and online learning which is an alternative to learning process at Darul Ishlah Vocational School both in pandemic conditions and face-to-face learning processes. The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of the LMS implementation on the student learning process. System development in making applications using the method Waterfall. The modeling system used is the Unified Modeling Language (UML). In making applocations using PHP with the Codeigniter Framework as language scripting and the framework used to create applications, MySQL as the database. With this LMS, it is hoped that it can help the learning process become more effective, make it easier for teacher to distribute materials, assignment, exam questions to student. This LMS application can be used as an additional discussion medium for teacher and student to discuss unfinished subject matter, and a student can work on multiple-choice exam questions and collect assignments given by the teacher.

Asset management is the management of asset data by grouping assets based on groups or recording assets in detail with the aim of organizing asset data so that they are well organized. Asset management in Serang City Village still uses conventional methods, especially asset management data collection in Sumur Pecung Village where the data collection still has several shortcomings and problems such as not explaining the layout of assets in detail, the layout of the location of assets, causing loss of one of the assets, the existence of duplicate data, lack of detailed information and poor data collection, namely data that is not integrated by inspectorate employees, especially every asset inspection report by inspectorate employees is not the same in writing this report format. This study aims to create an asset management information system by reducing problems that still use conventional methods. The data collection methods used are interviews, observation, and documentation to obtain accurate data. The software development used is the Waterfall model which is part of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, integration and testing. Business process modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) with Use Case Diagram models, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams. This information system which will later become a webbased application, was built using the Laravel Framework and several programming languages such as PHP, Java Script, CSS and MYSQL database. With this application, it can reduce asset management problems in Sumur Pecung Village in its data collection.

Therefore, a web-based culinary tourism information system application design is needed in Lebak Regency to make it easier for the public to find culinary information in Lebak Regency. System design and implementation will begin with system requirements analysis or known as system requirements analysis. This is intended to obtain the appropriate system specifications. In the design stage. Unified modeling language (UML) is used to clearly describe business processes. The test results of the website-based culinary tourism information system in Lebak Regency show that the features contained in the application can work well such as managing culinary data, managing admin data, managing member data. This information system has three users on the system, namely admin, member and user.
