TL;DR: In this paper, a simulation of wind gust was tried in a Eiffel type wind tunnel by an active control technique, where along-wind and vertical gusts were obtained by driving arrays of plates and airfoils, respectively, in a 2D wind tunnel.

Device and method for evaluating fatigue damage
TL;DR: In this article, an evaluation device for fatigue damages, capable of easily diagnosing fatigue damages of a structure, is presented. But the evaluation device is limited to measuring the amount corresponding to a single day of acceleration data of a measurement portion, and a data process section 24 for detecting a dominant frequency and a daily maximum acceleration range based on displacement data measured by the accelerator.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a floor system supporting the road surface on an earthwork part, where an extended floor system 21 is supported by a T-shaped bearing body 3 provided with an abutment 15 erected below the ground surface, a bearing belt part 31 having an end part joined with the abutments 15 and extended in the direction of extension of the ground part, and a bearing wall part 32 suspended from substantially the center in a direction of width of the bearing belt and having substantially T-shape when viewed in cross section.
