Nonsinusoidal current-phase relation in SFS Josephson junctions
TL;DR: In this paper, various types of current phase relation I(phi) in superconductor-ferromagnet-superconductor (SFS) point contacts and planar double-barrier junctions are studied within the quasiclassical theory in the limit of thin diffusive ferromagnetic interlayers.
Journal ArticleDOI
Local impedance on a rough surface of a chiral p -wave superconductor
S. V. Bakurskiy,S. V. Bakurskiy,Ya. V. Fominov,Ya. V. Fominov,A. F. Shevchun,Yasuhiro Asano,Yasuhiro Asano,Yukio Tanaka,Yukio Tanaka,M. Yu. Kupriyanov,M. Yu. Kupriyanov,Alexandre Avraamovitch Golubov,Alexandre Avraamovitch Golubov,M. R. Trunin,Hiromi Kashiwaya,Satoshi Kashiwaya,Yoshiteru Maeno +16 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a self-consistent approach for calculating the local impedance at a rough surface of a chiral $p$-wave superconductor was developed, where the Eilenberger-Larkin-Ovchinnikov formalism was used to find the pair potential, pairing functions, and the surface density of states taking into account diffusive electronic scattering at the surface.
Journal ArticleDOI
Quasiclassical theory of coherent charge transport into multi-band superconductors
A. V. Burmistrova,A. V. Burmistrova,I. A. Devyatov,Alexandre Avraamovitch Golubov,Keiji Yada,Yukio Tanaka +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, a quasiclass theory of coherent charge transport in junctions involving multi-band iron-based superconductors (FeBSs) was formulated, explicitly taking into account the complex excitation spectrum and unconventional nature of superconducting pairing in FeBSs.
Journal ArticleDOI
The constriction model for SNS Josephson junctions
TL;DR: In this article, the authors generalized the approach developed by Blonder, Tinkham and Klapwijk (BTK) for calculation of the quasiparticle (qp) current in NcS contacts to the case of ScNS and SNcNS contacts with disordered NS electrodes.
Journal ArticleDOI
Rough walls in d-wave superconductors
TL;DR: In this article, the angular and spatial structure of the pair potential and the quasiparticle density of states near the wall are calculated self-consistently, and it is shown that an isotropic gapless superconducting state is induced within the impurity layer in the regime of extreme roughness.
