TL;DR: This systematic review and meta-analysis of existing research works and findings in relation to the prevalence of stress, anxiety and depression in the general population during the COVID-19 pandemic found that it is essential to preserve the mental health of individuals and to develop psychological interventions that can improve themental health of vulnerable groups during the pandemic.

TL;DR: The results indicated that the ACE D allele is a risk factor for early onset of CAD even after correcting for conventional risk factors, and can be important independent risk factor in the onset of patients less than 55 years old in a west population of Iran.

TL;DR: It is indicated that PON1-Arg-192 allele can be important independent risk factor of CAD in a west population of Iran, with carriers of Pon1- Arg-192 having an increased frequency of three-vessel disease and also having a distinct plasma lipids profile.
