Dynein Clusters into Lipid Microdomains on Phagosomes to Drive Rapid Transport toward Lysosomes.

TL;DR: It is shown that dynein motors physically cluster into microdomains on the membrane of a phagosome as it matures inside cells, resulting in rapid directed transport of the phagosomes toward microtubule minus ends, likely promoting phagolysosome fusion and pathogen degradation.
Journal ArticleDOI

Modified CCF Based Shunt Active Power Filter Operation With Dead-Band Elimination for Effective Harmonic and Unbalance Compensation in 3-Phase 3-Wire System

TL;DR: In this article, a dead-band elimination methodology together with harmonic compensation using SAPF under non-linear and unbalanced loading conditions is proposed for a grid-tied inverter with a shunt active power filter (SAPF).
Book ChapterDOI

Reconstitution of microtubule-dependent organelle transport.

TL;DR: P purification and in vitro MT-based motility of phagosomes from Dictyostelium and lipid droplets from rat liver are described, which have the potential to address diverse questions related to endosome/phagosome maturation, fatty acid regulation, and could also serve as a starting point for reconstituting the motilty of other types of organelles.
Journal ArticleDOI

Comparative Analysis of ROGI based Shunt Active Power Filter under Current Fed and Voltage Fed Type Non-Linear Loading Condition

TL;DR: In this paper , a dual fundamental component extraction (DFCE) scheme was used to operate a shunt active power filter with reduced order generalized integrator (ROGI) and a choke was added at the point of the common coupling side with the load.
Journal ArticleDOI

Robust Adaptive Active Islanding Detection With $\alpha$- Axis Disturbance Injection Under High Impedance Fault, Unbalanced Loading & Phase Failure in Grid Tied PV System

TL;DR: In this paper , an active islanding detection technique utilizing a smaller magnitude current injection through the -axis current controller of grid side voltage source converter (VSC) is proposed, where the sensed PCC voltage is used to derive the three signals i.e.
