Neutropenic enterocolitis in breast cancer patient after taxane-containing chemotherapy.

TL;DR: Neutropenic enterocolitis should be considered in patients with abdominal symptoms especially during the granulocyte nadir following chemotherapy, and in those with other advanced malignancies receiving myelosuppressive chemotherapy.
