Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of combined air cooling and nano enhanced phase change materials on thermal management of lithium-ion batteries

TL;DR: In this paper , the thermal management of a lithium-ion battery (LINB) cell in three dimensions was described, where two circular and oval chambers were placed around the LINB.
Journal ArticleDOI

Computational assessment of hybrid nanofluid flow with the influence of hall current and chemical reaction over a slender stretching surface

TL;DR: In this article , a computational model is established for the purpose to amplify the energy communication rate and enhance the productivity and performance of thermal energy propagation for several industrial and biological purposes, which is expressed as a system of PDEs.
Journal ArticleDOI

Boosted microwave absorption properties of CoFe2O4 with extraordinary 3D morphologies

TL;DR: In this paper , the microwave performance of CoFe 2 O 4 was significantly improved with the reflection loss (RL) of M2 of −40 dB and achieved an ultra-wide effective absorption bandwidth (EAB) of 13 and 12.5 GHz, respectively.
Journal ArticleDOI

Modeling and optimization of vegetable oil biodiesel production with heterogeneous nano catalytic process: Multi-layer perceptron, decision regression tree, and K-Nearest Neighbor methods

TL;DR: In this paper , a machine learning approach based on the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) regression, Decision Regression Tree (DT), and Multi-layer perceptron (MLP) was used to predict biodiesel production yield from soybean oil through transesterification process as a function of molar ratio of methanol to oil and catalyst loading (wt%).
Journal ArticleDOI

Morphological, Physical, and Mechanical Properties of Sugar-Palm (Arenga pinnata (Wurmb) Merr.)-Reinforced Silicone Rubber Biocomposites

TL;DR: In this article , the development of environmentally benign silicone composites from sugar palm fibre and silicone rubber was carried out in a study where the mechanical, physical, and morphological properties of the composites with sugar palm (SP) filler contents ranging from 0% to 16% by weight (wt%) were investigated.
